A nice little explainer on the loyalty oath taken by our uniformed service members.
The oath does not require obedience to the chain of command, it requires obedience to the chain of command in keeping with the UCMJ. And the UCMJ says UNLAWFUL orders are to be refused.

No, he isn’t. There is literally no legal means by which he can do this. It’s not presidential power. TPS by law cannot be terminated early, and Somali TPS is not set to expire until March 17, 2026.
