So we were supposed to be in Mexico City this weekend for this year’s Mexotiki but as a furloughed guv employee, we had to cancel. México City has a surprisingly large tiki/surf music/rockabilly/punk scene. This would have been a blast.

The crotchety old hippies of the OB Rag suggest to simply not bother going to Balboa park this Fall because of construction resulting reduced parking. Heaven forbid finding an alternative to driving to the park.
