I agree that Vauquelin is the favorite, but I’d like to highlight one rider who hasn’t been mentioned much elsewhere: Thibaud Gruel. He’s a very talented young rider (20 years old), fast, and handles climbs relatively well. Last year, he finished 8th in Plouay.
