Made 12 dozen tamales last weekend. Here is start to finish. Pork and beef with onions, garlic, bay leaf and s&p roasted at 275 for 6 hours. Added a homemade enchilada sauce for a nice kick. Then rolled the tamales. Perfect gift for friends and neighbors. And tasty!

I get the desire to follow back but I am constantly amazed at how many accounts that are clearly trolls, porn bots, fake GoFundme begging and others have really big accounts following them. Seriously...look at an account before blindly following back.

Chicken Pot Pie - made this for my Father in law’s birthday dinner. Next time I will make smaller individual pies, while this was delicious (everyone sopped up the gravy with bread - me included) serving it is a mess lol!

Chicken stew for dinner. Started with roasting the chicken with thyme s&p, onions, celery, carrots, leeks, fresh thyme, rosemary and parsley, added a half bottle of Duckhorn Chardonnay, homemade chicken stock. Thickened with a roux. Leftovers will become Chicken Pot Pie.

8 hour roasted butterflied pork butt with a spice rub and brown sugar, essentially candied pork with cheesy polenta, and oven roasted apples with sage. Was a huge success! Served Walt Pinot Noir, excellent paring.

I made Cioppino for dinner last night. Turned out awesome! The Peter Michael Sauvignon Blanc was an excellent addition! Simple spring green salad with a light white balsamic vinaigrette rounded out the meal.

I would add one more reason: Russia’s psy-op cyber war being conducted on the American people. It has been spoken about for years by the IC with little to no response from our elected officials.
