Okay, I must mention that BC and all of Canada is currently making it super easy for US medical professionals in any role to move to Canada. Huge incentives, little red tape, and lots of support for anyone who'd love to join our gorgeous peaceful country. In fact, any one would benefit living here!

This is a shot of my old office window at my library. I had gigantic letters spelling out "fiction" adhered to the glass wall of the office. The shade is pulled halfway down. Should I walk in? Or is she busy? Everyone always walked in. It was OK.
