Left msgs for my senators #hawley #schmidt (pick up the 📞) re the doge boys not having the skills to perform audits of govt systems. Screwing around with fin systems without backgrounds in acctg is insane. Are these financial/operational/fraud audits? Are they using govt gaap practices? Think not

I’ve called #hawley and #schmidt today to get a policy position on eliminating the OIG inspectors and airline safety council (new ask). Again no statements. What’s the hold up? More planes need to crash? What are your senators saying?
