Rapi, the Commander, Anis & Neon, plus a little bit of Modernia.
I want to draw a *lot* more next year.
A page full of sketches, references and doodles of the lead character Rapi, as well as the player character Commander from the game "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE." Her impressive assault rifle is also referenced here. A quick on-paper sketch of Rapi & Commander, as well as their partner Neon, and a standalone reference of the real-life M130-H Hugo Stiglitz rifle, that is the basis of some in-game weaponry in NIKKE. Silly, sexy and funny sketches of the character Neon, from Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. She is in various states of dress, and use of her precious multi-barrel shotgun. A small sheet of sketches of the character Modernia in her "Second Affection" costume. The VERY ornate and showy cocktail dress contrasts her very sweet appearance.

I've made it a personal goal to stop using the term "content" when referring to media made by artists. The word implies mass-produced filler and calling someone's hard work their "content" has started to feel kinda like an insult. Like human art made strictly for quick consumption

I think the fundamental gap here is that non-creative people think that creative people make things for the end product, when in fact it’s the act of creation and not the end point that makes it worthwhile.

I'll keep repeating it til' I'm blue in the face - making comics is actually an exceptionally difficult task. I'm quick as hell but each page I draw represents about 10-20 hours of work from writing to final output. I deserve to be paid for that work.

I do understand: you want permission. There’s a machine in the corner wrapped in human skin that makes things out of shit and blood to look like whatever you want (as long as you don’t look too closely). You gave one to your teacher and they didn’t notice. Your boss told you to use it after they laid off half the team and it was fine. You fed one to your kids and they liked it. You want to know you can use it sometimes without me thinking less of you. You don’t need me to believe it’s useful, you just want me to be polite about it. But I am a hater, and I will not be polite. The machine is disgusting and we should break it. The people who build it are vapid shit-eating cannibals glorifying ignorance. I strongly feel that this is an insult to life itself.
