My old judo homie Josh Ramirez turned me on to this place called Bella Longevity that’s got sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric, float tanks, you name it for recovery and its next to 10th Planet Oceanside - he’s got a restaurant called Rosewood down the street too, check ‘em out if you’re in the area ;)
