Croydon is fortunate to have 20mph zones on most of its minor roads.

But they're missing from our high streets, and the busiest roads in built-up parts of the borough.

We'd like to see a commitment to extending 20mph borough wide in 2026 manifestos - exceptions only where footfall is negligible.
The evidence is clear - 20mph zones save lives.

In London, they’ve cut deaths and serious injuries by 34% and child fatalities by 75%.

That's why we need to see more 20mph areas.

Be careful out there, people!

Multiple reports of cyclists being mugged for their bikes by moped gangs.

Shirley Church Road (Croydon) and College Road (Dulwich) targeted in recent days.

Keep an eye out for these scumbags and report anything suspicious to the police!

Croydon's falling far behind the pace here.

Our Social Rides often use the Colliers Wood to Merton route - it's a good example of how to do a low-intervention, low-traffic route in outer London.

Would be fairly straightforward to build similar routes here, if there were any political support.
