the real benefit of a food puzzle for cats is not the ten minutes of engagement it takes them to find the treats, but the many hours they'll spend later making sure they didn't miss one

Maybe Don’t Talk to the New York Times About Zohran Mamdani
It’s remarkable, the people you’ll hear from. Teach for even a little while at an expensive institution—the term they tend to prefer is “elite”—and odds are that eventually someone who was a studen…

We've been so busy every day going over to our condo to unpack and make it cat-ready that our cats have been missing us and acting out at my parents' place. Leading to the following realization:

Michael Emerson poured so much talent into making Leland in Evil the most punchable POS ever, and Mike Johnson exceeds that effortlessly.
Q: Just last week a minister was shot directly in the face with a pepper round by a DHS agent that left his face bloodied. Are you concerned that this is a religious freedom issue?

MIKE JOHNSON: I can't comment on any of those instances. I haven't seen or heard any of those videos

I finally drag my chronically ill ass into the office on a Friday and get rewarded with a shelter in place order because of a drive by shooting by a man on bicycle.
