When I was struggling through a long stretch of burnout before the pandemic, a counselor suggested trying to remember something that had made me happy in the past - a hobby, a band, whatever - and digging back into that, no matter how silly. Feels like good advice to try to return to now.

I looked at 3 bougie grocery stores in the area and all are out of clotted cream. I imagine this is one of the little luxuries US companies are having difficulty sourcing.
It's easy to make (tho it takes time) and I probably will. Just leery of the oven in this apartment.
