FANTASY!!! I love how creative people can get and idk, it's a fun genre. If it's queer then it's even better. It can be just simple magic, more complex systems, or tight roping that line between reality (like magical realism, folklores and myths)

It's not *refuse* exactly, but I'm more likely to pass on books that are bestselling fiction titles by white authors, especially if they're by cishet men. A close second isn't really a genre, but I've been reading fewer het romances. Why? Bc these types of books don't align with who I am #bookvember

I think this'll be my #TBR for now. The first two are directly from my #netgalley backlog, the second is indirectly part of it (the sequel is on my #ngb), and the last one is just a title I've seen some people talk abt recently. I might read that one...or I might read a diff ngb title, idk yet 🤔

5 months ago, my ratio dropped to 66% bc I have no self restraint 🤣🤣 but I'm happy to announce that I FINALLY HIT 70!!! It just took me a year to finally commit to my Netgalley TBR ⚰️
