Living in the PNW now means that a cup of coffee, my TV, gaming consoles and PC is basically more than a good enough source of heat in the winter. No A/C is still insane, which is why I had to buy a window unit. But other than that, I do NOT miss the -35° midwest winter!

Well I did have it for free for like 5 years. Honestly $3 a month is how much any of these damn services should cost. I’ll cancel it then, I think I watched like 5 things on it. So guess I’ll binge watch what I want before dropping it like the rest

I wonder if Valve wants to build a new Source Engine. Like show it off in 20,000 years when they finally debut Half-Life 3. What’s the last non-Valve game to use it? All I remember is Titanfall and how that was a big deal during the “everyone must use Frostbite!” at EA period.

Personally I think if the Steam Machine is $400-600 USD. It could sell even better than the Steam Deck, especially to console gamers. Switch 2 will always be an easier sell the mainstream because it’s size and its Nintendo, than a chunky PC handheld that looks like some portable military equipment.

I have no love or respect for MTG, but I am here for the domino fall of conservatives pulling out of the MAGA orbit. Go back to being obnoxious, but tolerable. At least we were still able to progress, even at a snails pace. Donald Epstein here is going full speed reverse which helps NOBODY.

They really need to fix the tick rate in Arc Raiders. You don’t get to champion PVP experiences when you can basically kill someone where they once were standing 2 seconds ago.

Landlords truly can’t fathom ever making a teeny bit less. Mine had the gall to ask if we could afford to pay $250 more right now because his “insurance has gone up and HOA fees”. Thats a 13% raise which is not even legal here. The condo is not THAT nice, its cute, but nobody would rent this at $2k+

Unimportant update exploring my new TV settings. Dynamic Tone Mapping just looks better than HGIG. I tried using HGIG on my tv since I got it and it just looks so dark and dull no matter what, made worse if the games don’t have good HDR settings or any at all. At least DTM actually balances things.
