A quick one for jacaranda season. Feels like it wouldn't be out of place in a Little Golden Book.
okay so the reason i was posting crazy-style was i woke up at 6:30 yesterday morning, took a child to emergency at 11pm, and slept 90 minutes between then and 7am, on these two chairs. fingers crossed but it looks like 'not appendicitis' and they might get to sleep at home tonight

There's a privately-run public hospital in Newcastle (Calvary Mater) that keeps finding mould in its vents (has a higher level of pneumonia deaths than normal too) and has just had to shut down a ward after maggots fell onto patients. This is because corporations are more efficient.
