Wiping Windows 11 from my stream PC and replacing it with Linux.

The real challenge will be dealing with the AoIP (Audinate's Dante) that I send for our podcast streams... but I think I have an idea.

Highlights:
- I settled into my second year in my new software dev career.
- Managed to keep up with pod work & hit new milestones
- Started working out seriously, (lost 35~ lbs)
- Took an amazing trip with amazing friends to Scotland
