Working on recipes for my blog, whipped up a pistachio paste, w/Cajeta, whipping cream + butter. YUM. But….It photographs like baby poo…😩 Mad respect for food bloggers and styling! I use diced strawberries and bananas and whipped cream and whole pistachio nuts to bring it together for a “look.” 🥹

I am done reacting to every little chaotic thing this administration does. They want our attention, confusion and fear and they CANNOT have it. I am filling my life with peace, joy and so much work. Resistance is putting yourself and your community first.

Grid journaling is super fun. Use painters tape to create squares, color and doodle all over, outline the squares, and then remove the tape!
