First up, Deloitte used AI to write a Government report for that had bogus sources, sparking a refund and new contract rules. Now it seems their correction needs correcting. Once more for those up the back: outsourcing public sector work doesn’t work.

A disgraced contractor writing a Govt report about how a dodgy tech and the removal of human oversight led to the Robotdebt disaster used dodgy AI to write the report. Irony is dead. And robust public administration will be too unless there are proper AI guardrails in the APS. Read more: gqr.sh/L9YM
