My copy fo Sonic Racing Crossworlds came in and I played a bit even before the Switch 2 upgrade drops and….yeah, this is so much better than Mario Kart World imo.

The fact that Z-A started as a Johto game more close to Arceus until they decided to pivot to modern Kalos should immediately debunk the “Game Freak is lazy” sentiment.
They started with the most predictable, easy direction for Legends 2 but scrapped it for something totally new instead.

I think I may make the guaranteed Alpha Monkeys and Spritzee my targets for Shalpha week, mainly because I can simultaneously hunt Larvitar in the process.

Random ass shadow drop and I'm surprised it was never ported to Switch until this very moment but Tomb Raider is on my backlog and it's fairly cheap so that's neato!

Found out that outside of more convenient saving, Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut is not worth waiting it out a price drop for the Switch 2 version so we’re gonna sacrifice good docking, stick with vanilla and slowly go through the series on Deck instead.

Watching a video about the development of Sun and Moon and realizing that I can totally ignore all of the Tera leak stuff about future titles. SO much changed in development in so little time it’s not even recognizable as what SM became.

To be clear, I don’t think this looks *bad*, just generic and doesn’t scream Zelda.
If it wasn’t for official Nintendo sources, you could have gaslit me and told me this was some random late 2000s/early 2010s fantasy film I’ve never heard of and I wouldn’t have doubted you for a second.

To be clear, I don’t think this looks *bad*, just generic and doesn’t scream Zelda.

I don’t think they should revisit the BoTw/ToTK world a 3rd time, it’s ran it’s course in this iteration, but if they do, they need to either;
-Visit another land with a non-Ganon villian (use Vaati or Majora if you must)
-Giant, multi-hundred year timeskip with a totally different Link and Zelda
