Thank you EBONY Magazine for shouting out #TheDoubleTax in a review of Rosario Dawson and Colin Kaepernick's latest project focused on Black women business owners in cannabis.

Glad to see the feature (pun intended)! #blacksky #news

Is a man who trafficks 15-year-olds really a pedophile? Asking for a powerful friend.
Megyn Kelly suddenly finds pedophilia very hard to define
When a 16-year-old accused Russell Brand of rape, Kelly begged conservatives to condemn him. Now she's splitting hairs about men "into the barely legal type."

The only people who should be getting paid are these workers and no one in congress who can initiate the shut down. It honestly feels like rewarding them for failing meanwhile the regular govt worker is just suffering.
The longest government shutdown in U.S. history has ended, but the uncertainty for federal workers is far from over. “Even with back pay, we’ll still be starting behind and playing catch-up for a while,” said one Veterans Affairs employee who was furloughed for weeks. nyti.ms/4i4bP56

There’s gonna be all these movies and tv shows etc etc about evil AI but I’ll die laughing when it comes to the point that the industry is using subpar ai generators like chatgpt or anything in existence right now. Like damn there is such a thing as being too on the nose.

The Epstein Fiasco has to greatest proof that there is a discrepancy between white collar crime and every one else.

White collar pedos go on to become president, while others go on to their just dessert as a prison bitch.

You have to be a fellow pedophile or hebephile to think this way or agree.

I mean really, this was some all-star bad appellate advocacy.

The justices pointed out some stuff I hadn't noticed, like Lanez only challenging one of four aggravators found at sentencing, about Megan being a vulnerable victim. He was fine with the one about him harassing her.

Going through the 46-page opinion and writing an article about it really drove home what I've always known: The only real story in Tory Lanez's appeal for shooting Megan Thee Stallion is how incredibly bad it was.

Appellate court upholds Tory Lanez's convictions and sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion
The 46-page opinion was issued one week before trial begins in Megan's federal lawsuit against an online commentator accused of a 'campaign of harassment' on Lanez's behalf.

From one abuser to the next, I literally can’t tell the guy who was with Angelina Jolie, and the guy who was with Amber Heard apart. I just know that this one is in some Dior commercial for perfume and I hate seeing it. All the cred they got from Charlize and Rihanna is dashed.

Something that gets to me with the AI boom in commercials and ads is that because sometimes I can’t tell the difference, I just choose not to engage with the company at all. So they may be “saving” money on marketing, but for others like me they’re losing potential customers.

I talked to Black Ballad, one of the leading Black magazines in the U.K., about how the very narrow definition of "Black excellence" will not lead Black folks into liberation.

A very fun and honest interview about respectability politics, race, and where we actually go from here. #blacksky #uk
It’s Time We Accept That “Black Excellence” Won’t Lead To Black Liberation
Anna Gifty Opoku-Agyeman embodies “Black excellence”, but she’s advocating for a world where “Black women can be mediocre without consequence”.
