My grandpa passed away on February 2nd 2024.

Yeah, that's how it was without the antidepressants for me. I use Lamotrigine. And it was just... too short and not even enough. It never calmed me down with my panic attacks.

I'm on mood stabilizers, antidepressants, and adhd pills. And I'm not fully good, but I feel amazing anyway. I'm no longer in a state of a constant panic attack. It's feels good to breathe again.
