It amazes me at how slow information on things that the American public should be aware of is moving. The only moving faster. Are the Trump Administrations illegal and unconstitutional actions. Then, it takes anywhere from 3 - 6 months before a court can rule on their findings. 🙏🌹

Even if he was an FBI officer, this violation would be out of his jurisdiction without a request from the local police.

3 rounds shot at him and he wasn't injured at all.
Considering it was a new-years celebration it was likely a shotgun equipped with flare rounds or blanks.
I doubt it was ever pointed at the officer.
