"Internalized transphobia" is a pretty interesting idea. It weaponized the innate and justifiable insecurity that develops from pretending to be the opposite sex, justifying deeper commitments to social and medical transition. The warning signal gets misinterpreted; our doubts become our guidance.

The young males who were puberty-blocked and surgically modified to resemble girls are not thriving. We should have the courage to understand what's happening.
