Total BS. We do not attack drug boats (pre Trump). They surrender and we seize the contents and arrest the smugglers. The cartels call it the cost of doing business. Those guys are not going to fight a warship with 5” guns mounted on the bow. You can’t bribe your way out of dead. They know that.
