Buying glasses is the most stressful thing. I wear them every day, so like to switch it up every couple of years. But every option I like makes me worry I’m going a bit 3 blind mice or Dahmer, or just old man.
Bonus points if they work as sunglasses too, love me a variable tint.

Actually enjoying running recently. I think the key to getting fit with ADHD is not to focus on one thing, just to make sure I exercise. When the thought of going to the gym feels overwhelming, run. When that feels overwhelming, HIIT at home or book a swim. But I’m getting fitter and feeling better.

Felt very stupid at work today, am convinced I’ll fail an exam tomorrow.
Went to the gym in a mood aiming for just 8 minutes of exercise. Pleasantly surprised that I exceeded that and got a real sweat on.
2km run, 1km row, 3km cycle.

My husband has been dreading our ski trip in a couple of months because he hated going with school years ago.
We drove hours to the nearest indoor ski slope to refresh our skills and see if he’d actually enjoy.
Safe to say he exceeded all expectations and now can’t wait to go for the real thing.

My husband and I have been walking the same mountain for years. Our first date was a dog walk there. First kiss a couple weeks later was at the summit. It’s where I proposed and where we got married. We walked it today in the cold. It’s nice having photos of us aging and growing together. #gaycouple
