I saw #Wicked yesterday and absolutely loved it! 🩷💚 It reminded me of the classic MGM movie musicals of 1950s-1960s. It was my first time back to the movie theater since the pandemic. Bravo to Jon M. Chu, cast, and crew! 👏🏼👏🏼 I’m going to see the movie again tomorrow!

HD Blu-ray & UHD Blu-ray aren't going anywhere. In fact, they are on a serious up-tick.
The quality will always, always, be superior to streaming.
Invest in a good TV if you can. Invest in a 4K UHD Blu-ray player if you can (Panasonic 820 is the one).
Physical media rules.

Is it worth continuing to pick up Blu-Rays for movies and shows, or is that an outdated format?
Is there big enough of a difference to warrant the price?
Any advice would be lovely!

I deactivated my Bird account today after 14 years on the app. While I'm a bit sad because of friendships and community experience over the years, the environment became increasingly intolerable. So, here's to building new communities and continuing / making new friendships over here. 😊
