I would like journalists to start asking the folks in this administration to share a funny anecdote about the president, because I bet they're all too afraid to say anything. I think it would be really interesting to watch them squirm. Alternatively, we'd see how humorless these people really are.

Stop saying that political violence is unacceptable because that kinda implies that you think some violence is acceptable, and maybe you do, but maybe you shouldn't. Maybe you just don't care about some types of violence, just boys being boys, but maybe you should think about what you really mean.

Sounds like meritocracy is producing results already at the Pentagon.
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

I picked up a late '90s Bose Wave Radio/CD at the Goodwill the other day for $11. The CD player didn't work, but with help from YouTube University it only took about five minutes to fix it, and it sounds great! I thought these were the height of fancy back in the day, lol.

When I did a drop bar swap on my Cannondale, I used a cheap quill stem adapter, but it wound up being a lot taller than I expected and looked kinda silly, plus it was a bit loose. So I just got one that fits, looks, and feels a lot better. I also flipped the stem to +7⁰. Very pleased!

Protesters gathered at Wichita State University Monday during an appearance by Kansas senator Jerry Moran. Moran entered and exited by car through a garage entrance, causing the protesters to push signs up against windows of the building when Moran entered.

What a chump. Couldn't even be bothered to rename it to the American language first?
Trump signs executive order making English the official language of the U.S.
In the nearly 250-year history of the United States, English had never been designated as the nation's official language.

I can't help but wonder if Trump or Musk have ever even been to a national park.

I did not know that you could do this with Gmail. I learned something new from social media today.
Quick tip for those who don’t have or don’t want to use a second email account for setting up additional accounts: If you have a Gmail account, you can create unlimited variations by adding a +suffix to your email handle.

So I blew out the side of one of the ancient Kenda tires that came on my Cannondale, but I had just seen a marketplace listing for a set of new Panaracer Gravelking SK tires for about $30 off of the cheapest new price I could find. Pretty happy with these after a first ride today!
