I find SWs are the -most- critical of the sex trade. The issue needs attention bc, by definition, SW is the commodification of sex, which harms women under capitalism. Sex shouldn't be a commodity, and globally and historically, almost always serves to keep women in a state of impoverishment.

Finally got my inhaler after over a week of haggling with the pharmacist. They eventually lowered it from $1,000 to $0. I've had so much anxiety since learning I have asthma, last night I dreamed of dying of an asthma attack. But I think the medicine in the inhaler is working. Still have pneumonia.

I'm finally mostly recovered from bronchopneumonia but damn that was a rough few days... It was so hard to breathe. I still have a cough though and I still have to find out if I really have COPD. :( The doctor said I definitely have asthma at the very least.
