Here's an economic question - if you were in debt & deeply concerned about doing something to fix it you would most certainly find ways to cut expenses, but would you ask for a cut in pay thus reducing your income too?

Yesterday I had to explain to a small group of seniors who voted for Trump because he was going to get rid of the tax on SS income that they've been had. NGL it was a little bit satisfying.

I've been pretty sucky at social media for a while now. Still working out on a limited basis with another IT band flare up while preparing for a total knee replacement on the other leg. Not the way I wanted to spend my retirement but here we are.

The projection level of DOGE & MAGA is through the roof. They claim that SS checks are going to dead people because they think people running the agency are as incompetent & stupid as *they* are.
They think agencies are committing the level of fraud *they* do when given the chance. And so on.
