Be careful when mentioning violent words like "kill", "murder", "beat to death", etc etc. Several big cities have "anti-terrorism task forces" that really just get autoreports of no-no words from sites like Twitter who hand them over to the CIA/jurisdiction to make flimsy terroristic threat arrests.

You need to reward good behavior far more than shut down the bad. Give players who are helpful and optimistic opportunities at free cosmetics, or actual tangible benefits instead of "well I don't get a medal for saying GG when I lose so I may as well type a racial slur".

To me, any and all team-based competitive online games may as well be completely dead to casual players so long as they do not reward good behavior. Punishing bad behavior doesn't work because it doesn't solve the underlying issue that an internet person with a bruised ego can just make another acc.
