Ulysse is a bit of a brat, but when he's tiny he cannot do anything against Hortense (even if he cannot do anything against her at his normal size too lol). Hortense loves to take care of fluffy things, that's why her Pokemons are so beautiful and Ulysse's hairs are a bit fluffy~
