Working on typing with my eyes closed because it’s a fun exercise and I make fewer errors than I do on a keyboard. Also the separation of the keys and the steep angle of the rows is very comfortable and it’s hard to strain your wrists because they must be elevated at all times

Going through a box of stuff from when we packed up the family home a few years back and found this. An odd paper pack published in 1975 and two animal trading cards that were being used as a bookmark. They used to include these cards in boxes of cereal in the 1970s

I struggle with the reporting on ChatGPT in education because it often confirms society’s negative bias against young people—oh no, this generation is unsaveable!—when it’s possible to just educate people to be less credulous about it. which is why I wrote this: so teachers could print and assign it
