As someone who lives in the southwest, this is terrifying.
At least $4 billion was set aside to protect the flow of the Colorado River, which supplies about 40 million people with drinking water, is the foundation for a massive agricultural economy across the Southwest, and generates significant hydroelectric power.

There is in fact a genocide in Ukraine. Russia & Israel collaborate to whitewash each others genocides and war crimes, targeting communities responsive to their propaganda and coercing them to deny the atrocities committed by the other. The ultimate goal is to erode international law worldwide.

If Trump and his gang aren't bound by the law nor the constitution, why are you? Currently the system of checks and balances is being destroyed at a speed that would have launched most countries into riots or open revolt. This is a constitutional crisis and your constitution isn't doing so well.

The change will not come from the government. I've seen Police guard garbage cans so food will rot instead of being eaten. I've seen security force elected lawmakers out of public buildings. The police, the military, the entire system is against freedom; is against you.
Where is the Farm Bureau?
They are silent. They are complicit. They consistently have their members vote for Republicans. You should be giving some of the blame to them as well…

I'm beginning filming a series on how I would teach The Gospel of Mark as a text in a secular setting. As background knowledge I'd ask kids to word dump ideas they associate with Jesus. Carpenter? Christianity? Resurrection? What do you think of when you hear "Jesus of Nazareth"? Let me know.

Growing up I loved studying the effects of WW2 and the holocaust. Some of the best writers came out of it (Vonnegut, Weisel, Frankl). I took their philosophies to heart. I never once considered I'd be loving in a fascist state. But here we are.What would these authors have done given the hindsight?
