Working from home allows things like this to happen. I made a quiche! A motherfckn quiche. My very first motherfkn quiche!!Low carb crust from scratch and onion, proscuitto, gruyere, swiss, mozzarella and egg whites. I feel victorious!

My amazing wife is on a call with Indivisible. She's organizing a group here in upper NW DC. I could not be prouder! So, I cooked dinner. Cajun catfish with turnip greens and Brussel's sprouts. There was a lot of bacon grease involved!

Stress cooking. Boneless ribeye with roasted sprouts, onion, and red potatoes; served with carrot and mushrooms poached in butter. Bordeaux. Turned out OK, but there was definitely room for improvement.

Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. Science is the first demonstration that non-human apes can respond to the "state of mind," of a human partner. Bonobos behave differently when their human partner doesn't vs does know where a treat is hidden. They help when the partner doesn't. Link in comments.
