People dismiss comparisons to the 1930s as scaremongering but when Trump officials are calling for the sterilization of “low-IQ trash”, it's surely time to call this shit out. www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...

Darren Beattie previously served as a speechwriter for Trump, but he was fired in 2018 after he spoke at a conference attended by white nationalists

Trump has pulled the security of former government officials we know are under threat simply because he doesn't like them. And he's done it at the same time as released a load of very angry, very violent, likely highly armed individuals who are loyal to him.

It is dark stuff.

Thank you Ian Evatt for (mainly) giving us hope again. Impossible not to see parallels with the end of Phil Neal's time at #bwfc and that was followed by the White Hot years under Bruce Rioch. Hopefully history can repeat itself. Onwards and upwards.

Tamworth should be celebrating and looking forward to a replay at Spurs now. They’ve been denied a magic day by the constant greed of Premier League clubs who have ruined the FA Cup.

Got my timing woefully wrong here - finished a book two days before Christmas.
Rookie mistake.
Need to start a new book but - without taking anything for granted - I hope to get books for Christmas, so need something short to fill the gap.
