when trump first announced his tariffs i freaked out and bought like $200 worth of spices and coffee and then he was like “psych it’s not for six months.” i learned my lesson and have since refused to acknowledge any tariffs as actually real.
The US government agreed to lift most of the punitive measures that it had imposed on China since April 2025, almost bringing the situation back to what it was when Trump entered office for his second term.
