Labor Day isn’t just about honoring work; it’s about truth. From Feb–July, 319,000 Black women left the workforce (Katica Roy). The most educated group in the U.S. is still unsupported. When Black women are pushed out, we all lose. The Cognition Collective helps leaders build real equity.

Black History Month is not just a time for celebration—it’s a time for truth-telling. Black people have built this country, literally.
