In addition I'm also kind of starved for social interaction. Working over the holidays hasn't been the best for my social battery and immediately catching a cold/flu means I may not get any these days off either 🥺
Holy fuck I'm bagged and all I did was drive to get groceries. This virus is absolutely sapping my energy.

And the other night I made a buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bake. Made with ground chimken and chickpea pasta. It was pretty okay. #cookingfurs

I've fallen a little behind in showing you all what I've been cooking. Breakfast was blueberry waffles. These might be the last waffles I make with this machine. I splurged and ordered a new waffle maker for myself as a little holiday gift.

Hmmm. Milestone birthday coming up in 2026 (I'm thinking about turning 35 again). Kind of wonder how I should celebrate.
Not many of my friends live here. Might be worth delaying and inviting people to dinner at Fur Eh to celebrate?

Update. Definitely sick :( Some flavour of viral RTI, I'd say. Muscle aches and mild cough today. So far unproductive but my chest feels a bit rattly.
Going to take it easy today and hope it doesn't linger.
