All but overturning Humphrey's Executor is so bad. The Court is basically deleting the concept of agencies being able to say 'no' to the president if they think he's out of line. Just erasing an important institutional safeguard that has been accepted law for 90 years.
Supreme Court, with the three liberals dissenting, formalizes an earlier decision allowing Trump to fire members of independent agencies & seeks to distinguish this case from a hypothetical case in which Trump fires members of the Federal Reserve.

This is so bad and will screw up so many cases that have nothing to do with the Federal Government as a defendant. Just absolute anarchic destruction of the legal system because they are upset that the Court won't let them shred the constitution.
House Republicans smuggled this👇attack on the federal judiciary into their reconciliation bill. Courts rarely require plaintiffs to post security, so this provision, if passed into law, would render a vast number of existing judgments—including Boasberg's contempt order—effectively unenforceable.
