As terrible as this case is (and the details are MIND BOGGLING), if got some serious questions about how someone so brazen did this for so long, where the others that obviously knew are now, and what they plan to do moving forward about this.

My faith in the city capturing "feedback" was forever killed when we needed to know if we should open Portage and Main and were told no, only to do it later anyways, and have zero issue.

One of the things that really bothers me downtown is seeing garbage bins sitting wide open and trash on the sidewalks.
We’re fixing that.
New lockable bins are being installed along Main St & Portage Ave to help keep downtown cleaner. If they work as well as we expect, we’ll look to add more.

I'll be honest, I'm impressed at the attention to detail.
Taking the time to label each body, professionally make signs, spelling karma across the bodies, declaring sovereign land.
Don't get me wrong, the guy is clearly and asshole and lunatic, I'm just impressed at the detail for said person.
