Taking promo photos for our sports massage and PT account when The Flerken decided we needed a handsome ginger model.

It always amuses us that when someone sees one of us then the other, that their first thought isn't 'oh, twins' but utter confusion and questioning their sanity 🤣

Spent a couple of hours paddleboarding on the River Taff with our niece. It's a beautiful stretch with Castell Coch in the background.

Next door are having their wall ties redone. The noise horrendous & one of the workmen keeps trying to talk to us while we're gardening. We're letting Romeo bark at him. Sir, you're there to work, not make friends. Sooner you finish, sooner you can fuck off. Romeo is reminding him of his audacity.

Preparing for our 4th career as sports massage therapists. We qualified as PTs in September but haven't done anything with that yet.

4 years ago we met a beautiful baby boy called Reuben, and his wild sister, Toastie, and instantly fell in love. Happy adoptiversary Romeo and Jasmine! 😍😍 His foster carers had to have one last cwtch. Their teenage son told us Reuben needed his blankies to fall asleep. He still does.

Shout out that we're looking for women artists interested in drawing dark, gothic horror art, preferably but not necessarily traditional style.

We've already looked over some great submissions. This is for a paid job, with some very dark themes, bloody gore, and eroticism.

Beware! Beware! Although you'll know if we're in your house because your fridge will suddenly be full of Red Bull 😂

Finally got round to watching Renfield. Absolutely loved it! It was as gloriously over the top as a Nicolas Cage film should be. Definitely the best film we've seen in a while. And Nicholas Hoult just gets hotter with age.

With our van off the road, the boys have to go for walks in our mum's mini. They're unimpressed at the lack of space.

Next door have given their toddler a microphone. Today is a terrible day to have super sensitive hearing.

Submitted our first short story since 2023. It's strange to think we used to do 100+ submissions a year.

After an extraordinary long hiatus, we are writing again! Coming off tSertraline after 6 years has been good for us. We've barely written since going on Sertraline & felt bleak trying to come to terms with after a lifetime, we might no longer be writers.

Headmaster to our friends: "they are a bad influence and if you continue to hang out with them, they will drag you down to their level." This was after we started a feminist uprising against our misogynist headteacher.
30 years later, still friends 😂😂

“Richard has a lot of potential. He’s a bit like a firework taped to a roller skate. He’s going somewhere, but right now he has no idea where that might be.”

Finally remembered to buy new wiper blades for our van. The rain has been so bad all day that we can't even fit them. This is because we thought about washing our cars, isn't it? Car washing always summons rain.

Dress rehearsal for our judge's performance at English Riviera next week. Have we finished our routine? No. Did the dress rehearsal go well? Also no. Are we both injured? Absolutely!

Lynx is reading Printer's Devil Court by Susan Hill, Cat is reading Pirate Women: the Princesses, Prostitutes, & Privateers who ruled the seven seas by Laura Sook Duncombe. It's unsurprising to learn how women have been erased from pirate history like they're erased from other areas of history too.

After being stationary for a year due to mechanical issues, our SmartForTwo, General Pinkinton, was seized due to a stuck handbrake cable. Two days and some brute force later, we freed it. Now we have to sort his alternator. Mechanics used to be a hobby of ours.

Our mum reminded us we were going to be late for work (a daily occurrence). So we got changed, spied our hula hoops and decided to practise chest rolls instead.

In today's technological advanced age, why the fuck do we still have to phone GP/dentist surgeries to make appointments? Why can't we go online and book a slot like we do with the local dump? Why does society still insist we speak to people? Have you met people? They're awful.
