The military’s oath is to the Constitution, not some “antifascist” branding exercise. “Antifa” isn’t a principle, it’s a loose, leaderless collection of street actors with no legal status.
Every American who wore the uniform from Valley Forge to now took an oath against tyranny, making them textbook antifascists. The military's entire purpose is defending democracy from authoritarianism. Declaring antifa "domestic terrorism" means our founding principle is now a prosecutable offense.

“Measured pragmatism”? His plans would bankrupt the city. Free buses cost hundreds of millions, rent freezes kill housing, and child care funding gaps would explode deficits. That’s not pragmatic leadership, it’s wishful thinking dressed as policy.
we’ll see how his mayoral tenure shakes out but i am convinced that Mamdani has the juice. not just the charisma to win an election but the temperament to govern and the measured pragmatism of someone who genuinely believes what they’re saying and wants to accomplish real things.

Pritzker is flat-out lying. Medicaid isn’t even listed in the House plan, but yet this fraud fearmongers to push his agenda. If his argument had merit, he wouldn’t need to fabricate threats. Maybe if he spent less time spinning lies and more time governing, Illinois wouldn’t be a mess.

This is absolutely disgusting. To everyone who thinks this is a good idea—pack your bags, move to Ukraine, become a citizen, and fight in that war. It’s easy to say you support something, but how many of you are actually willing to put your lives on the line?
