The contract is for "skip tracing" to hunt down 1.5 million immigrants—and offering bounties for their locations.

Using whatever surveillance tools they want—no badges, no oversight.

ICE is spying on all of us using a whole host tools that use our phones and social media accounts against us. Whether you are undocumented or a citizen posting opposition to ICE, they are gathering data about you (and me) and use our phones to geolocate us at any time.

It's no secret that ICE has been using "Stingray" cell site simulators for tracking and geolocating phones (your local PD is probably using them too FWIW).

If you are an undocumented person carrying a smartphone that is registered in your name, they can know who you are and see where you are.

Don't let anyone try to say these were just a bunch of kids making jokes. A sitting VT State Senator, the Chief of Staff for a NY State Rep, and the Communications guy for KS Attorney General Kris Kobach (R).
