We decided to try negotiating next week with what we already have now. I know it's 43% on the way but if we could maybe ask them and persuade them, maybe they'll give us our home.
They called again and they're saying that we may only have till the end of February for us to be able to negotiate and keep our home only at half price!! But if we can't do it after that, they'll be putting up our house for sale even if we were still living in it.

VRChat =/= Discord censorship lol wtf. VRC's stance is basically you can do as you like as long as it isn't a public instance, which makes sense. You don't need to verify your age and if you do, its only for public instances marked 18+. Meanwhile, Discord is making it mandatory-
