Post WW2 Rules based order

The thing that worries me is the erosion of the Post WWII rules based order. Hypocritical as the great powers (particularly US, Russia and China) were towards it.

Ukrainian forces have assassinated Russian Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov on the streets of Moscow. It, however, is legally irrelevant that the Ukrainian Prosecutor indicted Kirillov for serious international crimes including thousands of incidents involving the banned use of chemical weapons.

This is worth watching. The Russian Rouble has fallen in less than a week from 98/99 to the USD to 113.5 just now. More astonishingly, it was at about 104 to the dollar yesterday morning, and at about 106 to the dollar this morning and here just hours later it has dropped 7 or 8 more.

If the Russian economy collapses and they eventually can’t pay their soldiers, you wouldn’t want to be a collaborator in the occupied territories, that’s for sure 🇺🇦

Today's good news is that the International Criminal Court has issued warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant. While there is no immediate possibility that the warrants will be executed, it does complicate life (and travel) for both and, ICC has a long memory. "
