Taking away from those (in some cases very literally) with least voice.
1/4 🏥Vital NHS targets are to be scrapped, including the goal for 75% of people with a learning disability to receive an annual health check.

People with a learning disability on average die up to 23 years earlier than the general population, with 42% of these deaths being avoidable.
