The current situation at the University of Dundee is that we are not getting our annual pay increase and that promotion processes are paused.
At the same time the uni is refusing to rule out compulsory redundancies, it is advertising over 20 new senior management jobs for academic staff.

Thanks much @maramather.bsky.social - also for your constructive reviews! @reilly-coglab.com there's a GC bit in our paper - with notes of caution. PC is straightfwd but worked for us because of the pupil hippus and the fact that we were able to compare manipulations in different experiments.
