Quick update. It’s been a long week. His incision has been draining and had a seroma on Sun when last at ED. It’s burst through the incision. It’s infected. They identified high volume of wbc and bacteria via microscope. They’re putting him under now to address. They can’t close it entirely as 1/

I just spoke with Thunder's mom @maudegertrude.bsky.social . Thunder's at home, but it's been a bit bumpy.

As all pet parents would guess, she's not getting a lot of sleep. She truly appreciates all the good wishes coming their way & will post when she can.

This sweet woman is my mom & she passed away 18 years ago today. A week from today is her birthday.

She was barely 5' tall but she was bigger than life. Her brand was kindness & spunk mixed with a whole lot of silly.

To know her was to love her & I did. 🤗🌻🥰
