I am doing heavy RDLs, front squats, and pulls for my January training accessories alongside clean/jerk/snatch technique work, but maybe I’ll throw in some arm stuff too. My ass has already gotten bigger despite cutting down overall in the past two months, so I fear I may need new pants again soon 😵💫
