The latest bedside paint booth creation. First time trying a full car colos fade and edge fade on the hood. Learned a few things here but overall I’m pretty amped up about this. This one is for me haha.

Aaaand done. Hoping to hand it off to the owner tomorrow. I think it came out pretty sweet! A few imperfections, but when it’s flying by, 6 feet down at your shoes, it’ll look mint 👍🏼

Second paid commission to paint and detail an RC drift car body! First time using the new airbrush and “paint booth”. Pretty satisfied with both! A few very tiny lessons learned in the process, you’ll have that on them big jobs xD! Assembly and detail work left on this before I hand it off. ^_^

My whole thing is doing it once and right. So much detail I cannot put in a single post but I’ve cut almost no corners and have spent soooo much time researching modern build techniques and materials, code and learning a massive fuckton. I’ve been proud of my recent progress and wanted to share ^_^
Some know, some don’t. I bought a house 4ish years ago. Dad and I were gonna renovate it completely. Losing my dad 4 months after purchase wasn’t in the cards, took me a long time to decide what to do. Gonna keep pushing. Started with leveling the floor and new subfloor. Finished this half recently.

So first test of camera RC chase car wasn’t 100% successful but it was a success. Added some red knobs to tighten the linkage to adjust camera position. There was play in them and I think that created camera shaking. Also moved the battery to the back for weight distribution. Gonna try again soon!
