So either Pete Hegseth is telling Russia & the world that every U.S. president & general has been lying about our military being the most lethal fighting force in history..Or he is telling the truth that the U.S. navy can’t match the Russian navy.

Russia and China can veto Security Council actions like that taken against Libya. UN Resolution #377 empowers the UN GA to act in such case. US should lead UN GA to demand Russia withdrawal or face consequences such as removal from Security Council or only military action can be taken against them.
